Religious Considerations/Religious Exemptions Letter

If you are in need of a formal letter requesting religious considerations in the workplace or school, you may fill out the following form. Please fill out the form with as much information as you can provide. Religious considerations may include:

Prayer accommodations
Housing Requests
Exemptions for matters violating religious beliefs
Religious Attire/Beard/Hijab requests

Note: Requests do not automatically guarantee approval. Please allow upto 1 week for a response for letter requests as they must be vetted by religious authority.

**Religious exemption letters are not for 501(c)(3) tax exemption letters. Please do not submit forms on behalf of an organization. Forms are for individuals only seeking religious accommodations in professional settings.*

**PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT provide letters for vaccine exemptions. Any request received for vaccine exemptions will be denied. In consultation with Islamic scholars, we highly encourage the Muslim community to take vaccines as they are Shari’a compliant.**
